We are seeking a Senior CRM Analytics & Data Cloud Developer to design, build, and operationalize analytics and AI-enabled insights across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is analytics-led, with deep hands-on ownership of CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Data Cloud, and light Salesforce platform development to support analytics activation and integration.
The ideal candidate excels at building business-ready dashboards and datasets, understands data maturity and unified data models, and has experience embedding Einstein AI insights directly into analytics and Salesforce workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • CRM Analytics (CRMA) - Primary Focus
    • Design, build, and maintain enterprise CRMA dashboards and analytics apps
    • Develop and manage CRMA datasets, recipes, and semantic layers
    • Translate business questions into KPIs, metrics, and actionable insights
    • Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and scalability
    • Partner with stakeholders to validate metrics and ensure business adoption
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Development
    • Build and manage Data Cloud data streams, data model objects (DMOs), and calculated insights
    • Leverage unified profiles and identity resolution outputs to power analytics and AI use cases
    • Ensure Data Cloud datasets are analytics-ready for CRMA and Einstein
    • Collaborate with data engineering teams consuming Snowflake-based Gold datasets
  • AI & Einstein Enablement
    • Implement Salesforce Einstein capabilities (e.g., Einstein Discovery, predictive insights in CRMA)
    • Embed AI outputs directly into dashboards and Salesforce user experiences
    • Support explainability, validation, and trust of AI-driven insights
    • Partner with governance and business teams to operationalize AI responsibly
  • Data Architecture & Maturity
    • Apply understanding of medallion data architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
    • Consume Gold-layer, curated datasets for analytics and AI
    • Recognize when data maturity is insufficient for advanced analytics or AI and escalate appropriately
    • Avoid embedding complex business logic directly in dashboards when it belongs upstream
  • Salesforce Platform Development (Secondary)
    • Perform light Salesforce platform development to support analytics activation, including:
      • Apex (as needed)
      • Flows and automation
  • Custom objects or metadata supporting analytics use cases
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to integrate analytics and AI into the CRM experience
  • Technology Stack: Snowflake, Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics (CRMA), Einstein
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM Analytics / BI development
  • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
  • Experience developing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)
  • Proven experience implementing Einstein AI within analytics or Salesforce workflows
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with analytics datasets
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data maturity, and analytics best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Snowflake as an analytics data source
  • Python experience for analysis or automation
  • Experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Flows)
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated data environments
  • Familiarity with AI governance, explainability, and bias considerations
