What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager, Strategic Revenue Management (SRM), you will serve as a core commercial strategist for our Better For You portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Marketing, you will use your analytical expertise to pull the critical levers of pricing, promotion, price pack architecture (PPA), and product mix that directly dictate our market performance. In this brand agnostic role, you won't just analyze the data; you will shape the commercial strategy that drives tangible top and bottom line growth across our most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Development & Implementation: Lead the creation and alignment of long-term pricing, pack, and promotional strategies to drive mutual, profitable growth for Mars, retail partners, and the category.

  • Establish Guardrails: Establish clear pricing, promotion principles and trade investment guardrails to guide and empower effective execution by the sales team.

  • Optimize Plans: Analyze and optimize retailer-specific pricing, pack architecture, and promotional plans to profitably maximize revenue growth and strategic effectiveness.

  • Drive Actionable Insights: Analyze shopper, consumer, and macroeconomic trends to inform and adjust pricing and promotion strategies. Leverage analytical tools (e.g., RGM Navigator) and syndicated data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and recommend corrective actions that protect and grow revenue.

  • Champion Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal teams, including Trade Strategy, Business Planning, Finance, and Sales, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of strategic revenue management objectives.

  • Influence Stakeholders: Translate complex data and strategic recommendations into clear, concise presentations and reports that enable swift, informed decision-making and build commitment through influence with both internal teams and external retail partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in CPG revenue management, pricing, or a related analytical function.

  • Deep understanding of financial concepts (e.g., price elasticity, trade rate, NSV, gross profit).

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with syndicated scanner data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana).

  • Proven ability to translate complex data and analysis into actionable strategic insights.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

  • A strategic and independent thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to execute against key priorities.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
