ROLE PROFILE

Sr Manager STILLS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – ARGENTINA & URUGUAY

reports to: Stills Franchise Director ARGENTINA & URUGUAY

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow the Stills category (non-carbonated) in Argentina and Uruguay by working closely with bottlers and key stakeholders across The Coca-Cola System. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships that drive sustainable business growth in the region.

  • Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong collaboration internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete local plans with an agile and effective decision making.

  • Responsible for achieving business growth in “Bottler”, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System. 

  • Manages the day to day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial, technical and financial. Leads communication flow between “Bottler” and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business.

  • Monitors performance and evolution of key indicators with execution discipline to achieve the Stills BP objectives (e.g. share, revenues, volume, coverage, prices, etc.). Reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.

  • Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example: design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs 

  • Regarding new Stills products this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks and opportunities and co-create commercial strategy to be considered as input for current innovation processes. 

  • Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

8 -10  years within the KO System or within the FMCG Industry. Desired Commercial, Marketing and Strategy experience. Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).

Work Focus

  • Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RGM, budget and other Stills commercial initiatives.

  • Acts with a high level of autonomy so decision making must be sound and mindful ok KO and bottler impacts in guidelines, principles and impact.

  • Continuous finding of new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the BU strategic priorities

More relevant information:

  • Need to have Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Very desirable: PowerBI or other BI tool knowledge.

  • Requires availability to travel frequently across the country/region to align with bottlers, manage projects, and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Fluency in spanish and english is essential, as the role requires effective communication across multi-regional stakeholders.

  • For this position is important to be based in Argentina.
