Job Description

We’re currently seeking experienced consultants to join us on complex SAP transformation projects and help our clients navigate their digital and operational journeys. 

What you’ll do
We’re seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Senior Manager for Swiss and international projects across diverse industries such as financial services, life sciences, and pharma.

This pivotal role will be based in our Zurich office and involve steering our clients through complex transformations, strengthening our digital capabilities, and spearheading business development efforts across the DACH region. You’ll be engaged in a variety of projects, tailored to your personal journey and development goals.

Your tasks may include:

  • Leading large scale transformations and teams
  • Developing and expanding our S/4HANA capabilities in the Swiss and international markets
  • Driving the development and implementation of S/4HANA solutions – from road mapping to execution and continuously evolving S/4HANA solutions, e.g. after a brownfield implementation
  • Implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions, engaging with C-level executives, and collaborating with system integrators
  • Advising clients on specific solution areas to support their digital journey towards or within SAP S/4HANA
  • Playing a central role in business development and sales activities by leveraging your extensive network to identify new market opportunities and elevate our market presence

Our projects are diverse and typically involve process mapping, decision facilitation, key design decisions, project management, complex stakeholder engagement, and change management.
 
What you’ll bring

We’re looking for individuals with 8-10 years of experience in SAP transformations from a management consulting firm,ideally with a background in financial services (banking/insurance), life sciences, and/or pharma. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate: 

  • A proven track record of experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, including recovery initiatives 
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading different IT and system integration partners
  • (Preferably) industry expertise in financial services (banking/insurance), life sciences, or pharma
  • A passion for creating results and a collaborative approach to change execution
  • Dynamic leadership skills, with a focus on developing and motivating diverse teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a drive to solve complex problems
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP
  • An appreciation for a flat organisational structure where results matter more than hierarchy
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken is a must)
  • A master’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a valid Swiss work permit
