This role aims to actively support the Hong Kong Partnership Development Team in client and product related activities, and to build strong and robust relationships and work collaboratively with internal key stakeholders across functions and regions, including but not limited to the Retail Sales Fulfillment team (RSF), Client Portfolio Management team (CPM), Investment team, Product Development team, Marketing team, Legal & Compliance team, Operations and Client Reporting team to ensure effective sales strategy and collaterals delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provision of sales support to Client Advisors on managing client inquiries.
- Preparation of materials for client pitching and work closely with Client Advisors on customized solutions.
- Responsible for Request For Proposals (RFP) & Request For Information (RFI) preparation.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders including RSF team, CPM team, Investment teams, Product Development Team, Marketing team, Legal and Compliance Team as well as Operation team to initiate and implement onboarding documentations for product onboarding.
- End-to-end coordination for client functions (Including meetings / conference calls, events, presentations etc).
- Collaboration with Marketing team to ensure product content / information effectiveness at marketing materials including sales summary, brochures, and relevant articles contribution etc.
- Provision of comprehensive Customer Services support including Know Your Customer (KYC) review, Firm Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) preparation, Client Onboarding etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Finance or other related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of client services or sales support experience in Asset Management firms or Financial Institutions.
- Excellent communications in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken).
- Good working knowledge of Asset Management investment products and business nuances.
- Strong analytical and organization skills to operate in fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills on servicing and ability to maintain and deepen relationships.
- Knowledge in Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg and Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends, as required by event schedules if necessary.
