Role Summary
Lead and execute regional marketing strategies for the EP portfolio across APAC to drive brand awareness, adoption, and commercial performance. Partner with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, commercial operations, market access, and local affiliates) to tailor campaigns, enable field teams, and measure impact in market. Act as the regional marketing lead for EP initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting to local market needs and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide expertise and guidance to country team in Australia / Japan towards successful launch of new products and other enabling technology.
- Collaborate with the ANZ / Japan marketing team to upskill talents with capabilities pertaining to future product launches
- Support external customer engagements with KOL’s in ANZ / Japan
- Translate global EP marketing strategy into APAC regional plans and local execution roadmaps.
- Develop and manage regional brand plans, launches, product positioning, channel strategies, and integrated campaigns.
- Lead market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and targeting for key APAC markets.
- Create regional marketing assets, content briefs, and digital programs in collaboration with creative and communications teams; ensure regulatory and compliance review.
- Drive multi-channel programs (digital, events, HCP/Patient engagement, KOL initiatives) optimized for APAC markets.
- Provide commercial insights and competitive analysis to inform strategy and tactical decisions.
- Support local affiliates with campaign toolkits, training materials, sales enablement, and field support.
- Measure and report campaign performance and ROI; use analytics to optimize investments and tactics.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, digital, and market research projects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
- Mentor and coordinate with junior marketing staff; foster cross-country collaboration across APAC.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years’ marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in regional roles across APAC or large multi-country responsibilities.
- Experience in healthcare/biopharma/medical device/related regulated industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in brand management, product launches, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting local affiliates across multiple markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic marketing mindset with strong commercial orientation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
