Compensation: $70,000–$85,000

About the Role

At Alts, we are redefining the tailoring industry through exceptional craftsmanship, elevated client experiences, and a deep commitment to our people.

We are looking for a resourceful and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruiting across our growing network of studios and Central Office. This is a hands-on role focused on finding, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent—especially skilled tailoring professionals.

Approximately 65% of the role will focus on tailoring positions, including Production Tailors, Fitter Tailors, Master Tailors, Bridal Specialists, and Tailor Shop Managers. These searches require creativity, persistence, community outreach, and relationship building because many of the strongest candidates are not actively applying for jobs.

The remaining 35% will support Studio Operations and selected Central Office searches. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and provide a thoughtful and professional experience throughout the recruiting process.

This role will also serve as the main point of contact between the leadership team and a small recruiting team consisting of one Recruiting Coordinator and one Recruiter/Sourcer. You will help organize priorities, keep communication clear, and ensure the recruiting process moves smoothly while remaining actively involved in priority searches.

Our values guide how we work and how we hire:

  • Solve with Skill & Creativity: Approach difficult searches with curiosity and resourcefulness.
