Primary Purpose
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a high performing, full-cycle recruiter supporting Tapestry’s North America Functional organizations, including but not limited to Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, IT & Digital, Strategy, Procurement, and Finance. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition - Functional Groups, this individual partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
The Manager owns searches from intake through offer acceptance, builds proactive talent pipelines, provides market insight, and creates an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. While the role has no people leadership responsibility, it is expected to operate with independence, strong judgment, and a high level of accountability.

Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned North America Functional Groups, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting plans aligned with business needs.
- Lead searches across multiple functions and levels, including complex and hard-to-fill roles, while maintaining pace, quality, and attention to detail.
- Source and engage diverse, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, referrals, networking, internal mobility, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and anticipated talent needs.
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Partnership & Talent Advising
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders, providing timely guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Provide talent market insights and practical recommendations on sourcing, candidate availability, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain clear communication, set expectations, and drive timely decisions and follow-through across all searches.
- Represent Tapestry’s brands, culture, and employee value proposition credibly with candidates and external talent communities.
Recruiting Excellence, Data & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate information, and requisition status within recruiting systems.
- Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to manage searches, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Identify and recommend practical improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder or candidate experiences.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and share market knowledge, effective practices, and lessons learned with the broader team.

- Strong partnership, communication, and influencing skills with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
