Senior Manager, Quality Assurance
What You Will Do:
- Lead GQO ERP Template quality delivery to support, Manufacturing, supply chain, planning, manufacturing execution, product lifecycle management, and labelling etc.
- Ensure enterprise-wide process landscape quality with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, Procure to Pay etc.
- Execute the organization's QAS strategy, incorporating business continuity, innovation, automation capabilities
- Guide principles provide basic rules and guardrails of program execution; critical to revisit during major decisions
- Own the planning and execution of testing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate projects for unsigned contracts or out of scope requests, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs
- Manage and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics
- Work with other EDT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions
- Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack
- Lead and mentor Solution Analysts within the team and provide oversight and guidance.
- Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 13+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, and Quality Governance
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide testing portfolios and managing complex testing pipelines across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong expertise in test governance, quality compliance, risk management, delivery oversight, and execution tracking within large-scale transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with development, deployment, middleware, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance, governance, and audit-readiness requirements within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across global teams
