How you will make an impact:
- Make a meaningful difference to patients around the world by helping bring new innovations and clinical evidence to our world-class TEER Therapy. As the Senior Manager, PASCAL Program Management, you will lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives that advance patient care, drive business results, and support long-term organizational objectives.
- Leveraging strong program management expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder leadership, you will define and shape project scope, align resources, establish execution plans, secure leadership support, and drive successful delivery across functions, platforms, and geographies. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to influence without authority, and a passion for transforming complex challenges into actionable results.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing patient and organizational impact.
- Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success metrics, resource requirements, and governance structures.
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, opportunities, and alternative scenarios, driving timely decisions and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution.

- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of progressive experience leading projects and programs of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $139,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
