Responsibilities & Objectives

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Elemica’s Senior Product Marketing Manager is integral to our success and serve as trusted, dedicated advisor who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, enablement, execution, and pipeline conversion. This role focuses on specific solutions and personas within Elemica’s global portfolio, helping connect the value of Elemica’s network-enabled solutions to the real-world challenges of our customers and partners. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own messaging, execute launches, and actively leverage the voice of the customer to refine proof points and campaign narratives

  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Presales, Growth Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to build insights, assets, and enablement that convert interest into revenue

  • Create high-impact content - build presentations, one-pagers, campaign briefs, and enablement tools that make messaging actionable for Sales and Partners

  • Own messaging and persona alignment - build and maintain differentiated value messaging frameworks, value stories and proof points across defined use cases within the shared portfolio

  • Plan and execute launches - partner with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities and updates to market via messaging, content, and enablement

  • Translate product innovation into customer value - work closely with Product Management to ensure every release connects to a real buyer or user problem

  • Maintain competitive insight - monitor market shifts, competitors, and analyst coverage; update tools and positioning accordingly

  • Use the Voice of the Customer - gather, document, and apply customer quotes, feedback, and proof to strengthen messaging and credibility

  • Enable Sales and Partners - deliver clear, persona-based materials that help sellers and partners engage effectively in the field

  • Collaborate across GTM - work side-by-side with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment from awareness through deal support

  • Measure and refine - track content usage, conversion impact, and enablement outcomes; report insights to refine GTM programs

What You'll Need

  • 5–8 years in product marketing or GTM roles within enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally focused on supply chain, logistics, order-to-cash, or supplier collaboration

  • Strong understanding of platform-based or data monetization GTM models and how to articulate ecosystem or network value

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to create assets that accelerate the buyer journey

  • Proven track record driving launch readiness and building messaging rooted in customer insight

  • Experience supporting partner and channel-led GTM initiatives preferred

Success Metrics 

  • Launch Execution: 100% of assigned launches supported with messaging, content, and enablement delivered on schedule and aligned to GTM framework

  • Messaging Quality: Demonstrated message alignment and adoption across campaigns, sales decks, and partner materials within assigned use cases

  • Enablement Utilization: 80%+ adoption of persona playbooks and collateral by Sales and Partner teams; tracked usage in enablement systems 

  • Pipeline Contribution: 10–15% increase in marketing-to-sales conversion rates or influenced opportunities within assigned solutions

  • Partner Collaboration: Three or more partner-ready or co-branded assets developed per quarter; measurable use in partner GTM motions

  • Customer Voice Integration: Customer proof points or quotes embedded in all major assets and launch materials 

  • Market Validation: Published customer stories or analyst references tied to tangible business outcomes
