About your team

The APAC ex Japan Product Group develops and delivers product strategies that support regional distribution goals and business growth across APAC ex Japan. Working closely with distribution, investment, and other key stakeholders, the team drives strategic product decision-making, product governance, and lifecycle management across the APAC business.

About your role
We are looking for a candidate who will engage in all aspects of product development and management including new capability development, product launches, ongoing range management including repurposes and closures, share class innovation, product management and implementation and market research.

Working in close partnership with the Asian Product Group and the wider Fidelity International teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing key product initiatives across all phases of the product life-cycle, including introduction of new capabilities and product features, range management and product change implementation.

The role will support the product development and management initiates at a global level, focus on both cross-border funds development in Asia and Asian local domiciled fund ranges development and management

About you

  • Deep expertise in the asset management industry, with substantial experience in product development and/or product management.
  • Strong knowledge of the evolving regulatory environment across Europe and Asia, with the ability to identify commercially viable solutions that support efficient execution of the firm’s product strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially, with the capability to independently drive and lead complex product initiatives to support the firm’s broader business objectives.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial self-starter with a flexible mindset, strong ownership, and a proven ability to deliver results as a key member of the team.
  • Demonstrates the resilience and adaptability required to operate effectively within a large, complex, and evolving global organisation.
