Senior Manager, Physical Security & Safety

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager of Physical Security & Safety for EMEA, you will safeguard Everpure’s most valuable assets—our people and properties—across the region from our Prague hub, with the opportunity to pioneer our expanding program.  Reporting to the Director of Physical Security & Safety, you will help us co-build a growing regional team and establish Everpure’s baseline protection frameworks from the ground up. Collaborating closely with regional business leaders and external property management, this uniquely autonomous role offers immediate high-impact ownership to leave your mark, scale our local infrastructure, and travel across Europe to cultivate a resilient, employee-first workplace culture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive EMEA Security Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of physical security systems—including access control, CCTV surveillance, and specialized hardware—to guarantee robust corporate resilience across all EMEA facilities.
• Optimize Vendor Performance & Financials: Architect and manage the regional CAPEX and OPEX budgets, establishing rigorous SLAs and performance metrics for external manpower providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective security services.
• Lead Emergency Preparedness & Compliance: Develop comprehensive emergency response plans, health and safety (EHS) programs, and proactive drill initiatives (including floor-warden networks) to ensure full regulatory compliance and a secure environment for all regional staff and travelers.
• Secure Corporate Events & Strategic Initiatives: Partner cross-functionally with internal business units and external stakeholders to design and execute end-to-end security blueprints for high-profile onsite and offsite corporate events.
• Manage Critical Incidents & Investigations: Serve as the primary regional point of contact for physical security crises, executing swift incident response and conducting sensitive corporate investigations with absolute diplomacy and confidentiality.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Enterprise Security Leadership: Proven capability directing comprehensive physical security and safety operations within a fast-paced, multi-national corporate ecosystem (10+ years).
• Senior Management Experience: Demonstrated success leading high-performing security operations and corporate processes, with direct expertise managing large-scale contract guardforces, security contractors, and specialized manpower vendors.
• Advanced Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern security technologies, including enterprise access control infrastructure, CCTV system installation, and emerging physical security automation tools.
• Strategic Fiscal & Vendor Management: Demonstrated success optimizing regional operations budgets alongside a track record of managing contracted security providers against strict corporate KPIs.
• High-Stakes Communication & Diplomacy: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives, manage crisis communication clearly, and handle highly confidential investigations with pristine ethics.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
