The Role

Are you driven to shape pricing strategies that influence customer growth and business profitability? At Spectrum Business, you will lead the design and execution of frameworks that measure and optimize offer performance across markets and products, directly impacting the company's success and customer experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies to maximize customer lifecycle and business profitability
  • Review financial models and analyze data to propose offer and pricing adjustments
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing Science, Marketing Intelligence and Business Intelligence to improve offer reporting and tracking
  • Build ROI models to inform key marketing and pricing decisions
  • Maintain and enhance procedures for the review, approval and adjustment of strategic offers and pricing in response to market changes
  • Ensure implementation of offers aligns with approved business rules and optimize offer presentation in agent tools
  • Manage databases tracking product costs, margins and promotional roll-off programs for accurate pricing applications
  • Oversee ad hoc projects including customer migrations, billing design for offer accuracy and product launches

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with up to 20% travel

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience
  • 6+ years of marketing, pricing or finance work experience
  • 3+ years of management experience

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information to provide strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in integrating data from multiple sources
  • Effective prioritization and organizational abilities
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications
Skills
  • Strategic understanding of Video, Internet, Voice and Mobile industries
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data for strategic recommendations on offers and pricing
  • Familiarity with marketing research and data analysis functions
