Drive developer productivity initiatives that reduce friction and cycle time across build, test, deploy, and observability workflows
Partner with security and platform architecture peers to ensure infrastructure decisions support reliability, availability, and security without sacrificing developer velocity
Manage a team of infrastructure/platform engineers, holding clear ownership of strategic areas of the codebase and technical roadmap
Communicate across teams and geographies to ensure cohesion within engineering and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and grow engineers and technical leads, building a sustainable talent pipeline within the team
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top-tier infrastructure engineering talent
Foster a high-trust, high-feedback culture where engineers are encouraged to speak up, experiment, and challenge the status quo
Manage performance, deliver regular and constructive feedback, and set clear goals aligned to business and team objectives
Identify and address talent and skill gaps through hiring, development, and organizational adjustments
Represent engineering needs, constraints, and contributions to product, sales, and other cross-functional partners
May periodically contribute to technical design, architecture review, or hands-on implementation as needed
