Design, build, and optimize serverless, API-driven integrations on AWS. Develop Lambda-based functions, RESTful APIs, and event-driven data flows using services like API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, and EventBridge. Implement security best practices, CI/CD and IaC, test and debug integrations, monitor with CloudWatch/X-Ray, and document designs while collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). Own executive relationships, co-develop joint GTM strategies, drive sell-with/sell-through pipeline and revenue, enable GSI delivery, build and manage an alliances team, and establish governance, KPIs, and scalable processes across commerce and data ecosystems.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD test gates for Commerce's Salesforce org. Author test strategies, create Apex and UI/API tests, manage test data, triage defects, report quality metrics, and partner with developers to raise organizational quality.

Designs and runs global seller-facing enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change across AEs, SDRs, AMs, CSMs and managers. Owns enablement architecture, diagnoses gaps via Gong and Salesforce, delivers live facilitation and manager-first reinforcement, leverages AI to accelerate content and automation, and measures impact on narrative adoption, discovery quality, and deal progression.

Identify at-risk merchants, develop and execute renewal strategies, negotiate multi-year subscription renewals, close deals, pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with Sales and Customer Success, gather merchant feedback, and communicate product issues to improve retention and platform usage.

Support HR Business Partners by managing employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, HR/COE program execution, office experience and events, workplace safety, onboarding/terminations, and HR data analysis to improve retention and employee experience.
