Act as the drumbeat for the CBO (Chief Brand Officer) to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives
Prepare, synthesize, and quality-check materials/presentations for decision and other stakeholder meetings
Ensure effective communication and cascading of information within the CBO area in close alignment with the senior brand leadership team and key functional/market stakeholders
Support CBO in tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests
Be the “connector” of the CBO area by effectively driving cross-functional/cross-BU collaboration and communication and liaising within the CEO Head Office and the global Head Office network
Support on sensitive/urgent CBO priority topics
Set up and maintain executive KPIs & dashboards.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
At least 3-5 years professional experience ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry
Affinity for and solid understanding of brand strategy elements and priorities
Experience in senior stakeholder communication and relationship building
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Skills Required
