Play your part in this team succeeding:

In this role, you will shape and build a global marketing operating model from the ground up, bringing structure and alignment to how teams plan, prioritize, and execute. You will work directly with senior leadership, influencing key strategic decisions, and ensuring that priorities translate into clear, coordinated action. By improving efficiency and alignment across the organization, you will drive measurable business impact while operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational design. At the same time, you will be part of a global organization with a strong purpose, supported by the scale and backing of the LEGO Group.
