YOUR MISSIONLead and drive global indirect procurement initiatives for Professional Services, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regional needs, and overall procurement strategy
Act as a strategic sparring partner for Lead Buyers, Business Functions, and Regions by providing procurement expertise, commercial guidance, and market insights
Manage and optimize sourcing activities within Professional Services categories, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting support, and value delivery
Develop and implement procurement best practices, processes, and governance standards to ensure consistent adoption across key stakeholders
Contribute to the future procurement systems, tools, process, and analytics landscape by supporting tool selection and integration, improving spend cube data, dashboards, and reporting tools, and translating data insights into actionable recommendations for strategic initiative planning, sourcing decisions, and stakeholder alignment
Prepare and present structured reporting on savings, supplier performance, procurement KPIs, compliance tracking, and initiative progress for Professional Services procurement activities
Facilitate best practice sharing and knowledge exchange across key buyers, business functions, and regions to strengthen procurement maturity
Gather, structure, and interpret market, supplier, and sourcing data to support informed decision-making and category strategies.
Support, mentor, and guide more junior team members, contributing to capability building within the global indirect procurement organization
Apply 5+ years of professional experience in indirect procurement are mandatory, ideally with exposure to Professional Services categories, strategic sourcing, senior stakeholder management, analytics, and supplier management.
Successfully completed relevant degree or equivalent such as Business Administration, Contract Law or Procurement
At least 8 years‘ experience in procurement or vendor management
Preferably with experience in technology or professional services categories
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage sourcing processes independently
Structured and detail-oriented mindset.
