You’ll lead campaigns from planning through activation and optimization, working across Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Paid Media, Social, Field Marketing, and Program Management to bring globally scalable programs to market.

This role requires both strategic vision and executional rigor. The right candidate can identify the customer and business problems a campaign must solve, build a connected journey around those priorities, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Campaign Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end integrated campaign strategy for an assigned portfolio, including annual and quarterly planning.
  • Translate business priorities, audience insights, and customer buying triggers into differentiated campaign narratives and activation plans.
  • Develop full-funnel customer journeys that connect brand, product, demand generation, and field activation.
  • Lead journey gap analyses to identify opportunities across audiences, messaging, content, offers, channels, and lifecycle stages.
  • Establish campaign objectives, audience priorities, value propositions, and success measures in partnership with Product Marketing and GCC leadership.
  • Create content and offer prioritization frameworks based on customer needs, journey gaps, and potential business impact.
Campaign Development and Activation
  • Lead campaigns from strategy and creative development through launch, optimization, and performance review.
  • Develop campaign plans, strategic briefs, bills of materials, activation guides, and channel-targeting frameworks.
  • Guide the creative development process, including briefing, kickoff, stakeholder alignment, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to extend campaign content through webinars, syndication, localization, and regional activation.
  • Ensure campaign narratives and experiences remain connected and consistent across channels, markets, and stages of the customer journey.
Paid Media and Offer Strategy
  • Partner with Paid Media teams to develop audience, channel, investment, and offer strategies aligned with campaign priorities.
  • Define and prioritize offers across quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Maintain a clear, centralized view of active and upcoming offers for Product Marketing and activation teams.
  • Use campaign and media performance insights to optimize audience targeting, content, offers, and investment.
Product Marketing and Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Product Marketing leaders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product strategy, growth priorities, pipeline needs, customer challenges, and executive objectives.
  • Represent the Global Cloud Campaigns perspective in planning sessions, QBRs, MBRs, town halls, and other key operating rhythms.
  • Align Creative, Content, Social, Paid Media, Field Marketing, Sales, and regional teams around a shared campaign strategy.
  • Influence priorities and drive decisions across a highly matrixed global organization.
Program Leadership and Stakeholder Enablement
  • Lead cross-functional campaign kickoffs, partner reviews, and activation-planning sessions.
  • Equip Sales, Field Marketing, and global operating units with the strategy, messaging, content, and guidance needed to activate campaigns effectively.
  • Partner with Social and Field Marketing teams to coordinate promotional calendars, email programs, and regional activation.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding and development of team members across the Global Cloud Campaigns organization.
Measurement and Optimization
  • Establish campaign KPIs and measurement plans aligned with business and customer objectives.
  • Analyze performance across channels, audiences, regions, and stages of the funnel to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, pipeline, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready performance narratives for leadership reviews and quarterly business discussions.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and influence within a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Paid Media, Sales, and Field Marketing.
  • Experience developing customer journeys, campaign briefs, activation frameworks, bills of materials, and global enablement plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring, communicating, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive progress with a high degree of independence.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, SaaS, CRM, AI, data, or related product categories and buyer journeys.
  • Experience developing account-based marketing strategies and programs.

  • Knowledge of paid-media planning, audience strategy, offer development, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong program-management capabilities and a track record of delivering complex campaigns across multiple teams and markets.
About the Ideal Candidate

You are a seasoned integrated marketer who combines strategic vision with executional discipline. You understand how to move from a broad business priority to a focused customer problem, a compelling campaign idea, and a connected journey that delivers measurable results.

Most importantly, you are motivated by impact: building campaigns that help customers recognize their challenges, understand why change is needed, and see Salesforce as the right partner to help them move forward.
