Role Summary and Impact
We’re seeking a highly capable Senior Manager, FP&A to join our Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and month-end closing procedures. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to our business and commercial teams, providing critical financial insights and analysis to support performance reviews and strategic decision-making. This position is integral to ensuring financial integrity and driving process improvements across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasting, and month-end closing processes. Prepare consolidated management accounts and perform detailed performance, revenue, and cost analysis against budget/forecast, reporting on key variances for management review.
- Business Partnership: Act as a key coordinator with business and commercial teams to prepare regular management reports. Translate complex financial data into clear insights and provide financial guidance to non-finance colleagues to facilitate performance reviews and support ad-hoc projects.
- Strategic Insight: Provide actionable insights into business and financial performance, costs, and margins to assist management in evaluating financial implications. Identify potential opportunities and risks through robust financial analysis and recommend appropriate actions.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure all reporting activities comply with company guidelines and timelines. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field with a professional qualification.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a financial reporting and analysis role.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent articulation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-minded with a proactive approach to monitoring and completing tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a major multinational company.
- An external audit background is considered a plus.
- Experience in the media, advertising, or marketing industry.
