The Role
Pembroke is looking to hire a highly motivated, proactive individual to join our Global Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance, the role will be responsible for the consolidated financial planning and analysis for Pembroke’s global portfolio and the management company. This work will include coordinating and supporting the annual budgeting and multi-year planning process, development and maintenance of standardized reporting, monitoring and reporting of KPIs, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting, ad-hoc analyses to support real-time decision making, among other tasks.

Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
Coordinate and support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year business planning for Pembroke’s managed portfolio and the management company.
Review budget-to-actual and reforecast variances, identifying key drivers and risks.
Consolidate asset-level and investment-level business plans into fund- and investor-level views for senior management and investors.
Document and update FP&A workstreams.
Cash Management and Governance
Manage and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio cash flow forecasts, and coordinate funding and distribution events with regional finance and corporate accounting teams.
Review and analyze variances between projected and actual cash balances, identifying timing and key drivers.
Track governance approvals, funding limits, and investor approval requirements against forecasts and actuals.
Set and monitor annual operational funding budgets and escalate approvals as needed.
Investor Reporting and Communication
Support preparation of investor materials such as President’s Letters, board packages, and advisory board presentations.
Maintain and monitor key performance indicators across assets and investor portfolios.
Lead consolidation, validation and communication of investor budgets, cash plans, and funding trackers.
Respond to ad-hoc investor and management requests with clear, decision-oriented analysis.
Portfolio Analytics and Strategic Support
Conduct portfolio-level scenario analysis, event stress testing, and returns analysis.
Review and validate key assumptions underlying asset plans, including operating income, capital expenditures, and timing.
Support investment planning initiatives, including long-term (10 year+) planning exercises.
Partner with investment, asset management, tax, legal, and development teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Support VP of Finance on various ad-hoc financial reporting and analytical tasks, as needed.
Finance Systems, Technology and Data Ownership
Lead business-side administration of FP&A and portfolio systems, including PBCS and related BI tools.
Support data integrity efforts across systems, ensuring accurate feeds from Yardi, Argus, and other source platforms validating underlying data and resolving upstream data issues.
Manage system enhancements and upgrades, issue resolution, version control, and coordination with managed service providers.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
5+ years of work experience in finance and accounting, FP&A, or similar role, within the commercial real estate industry (preferred).
Proficient in financial, presentation, modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle PBCS, Anaplan, Thinkcell, Tableau, SQL).Familiarity with real estate tools, including Yardi, MRI, or Argus Enterprise a plus.
Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down issues, take an end-to-end view, and propose alternative solutions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, collaborative in approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple offices and time zones.
Self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to conduct oneself according to the company’s core values.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
