Senior Manager - Enterprise Architect

• Design or modify existing architecture to deliver secure, highly available and fault tolerant solution for new or existing applications/platforms.
• Responsible for the overall design of the enterprise architecture (application, information, etc) which describes through a set of requirements, principles and models, as well as current state, future state and guidance necessary to achieve effective enterprise change.
• As an IT enterprise-level role, this may involve overseeing a number of ongoing enterprise initiatives; and facilitate the flexible sharing and exchange of enterprise information. Review and assess technical requirement for projects in terms of platforms, security and regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for planning and providing solution architecture for prudential Malaysia related projects.  This includes:
• Serve as the technology evangelist to develop new and latest integrated solutions for pilot or proof of concept that demonstrate business value.
• Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as the technology evangelist to develop/deliver integrated solutions that demonstrate business value.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand business priorities and optimize IT strategies to support them. Scope to include full lifecycle, from approach strategy, architecture design, solution development, through installation and deployment.
• Work closely with other infrastructure teams, IT security, project managers, developers, etc to ensure project delivery.
• Perform assessments/gap analysis of current technology landscape and identify high impact areas of improvement along with target technology landscape.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver transformation roadmaps, optimization and standardization strategies.
• Review design and technical documentation.
• Enable other team members to gain new skillset on new technical related areas for Prudential such as DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, etc.
