About the role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to work with leaders within APJC to develop strategies and implement processes that accelerate revenue growth. This includes designing and optimising revenue processes and executing on strategies to improve performance and efficiency. You will act as a thought partner with our APJC Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with our APJC leadership, you will be a key stakeholder in developing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will need to identify ways to enhance the pipeline, and partner with the leaders to help drive success.
- Design strategy with Revenue leadership to optimize customer segmentation, account targeting, and Channel development.
- Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, tools, and systems to support the company's growth objectives. Identify areas for automation and efficiency gains to enable rapid expansion.
- Drive discipline and accuracy around forecasting: Instill pipeline hygiene, collaborate with revenue leadership and marketing to build pipeline coverage, and manage forecast reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue performance and operational effectiveness. Conduct root cause analyses to explain variances and performance gaps.
- Provide input to revenue planning, including regular updates to quota systems, headcount, and revenue compensation plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive dashboards to monitor revenue performance, pipeline health, and business scalability. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of Business Operations or Management consulting experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant business partnering experience within a Business Strategy and Operations team
- Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to function independently and in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload and adjust priorities to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills including data analytics and modelling and data crunching skills
- Experience working in Enterprise software industry as sales and operations a plus
