We are hiring a Senior Manager - EMEA Channel Operations to join our team in the Netherlands or Germany.

Let's talk about the role:

The Senior Manager - EMEA Channel Operations will have the ability to build highly effective, cross-functional working relationships with diverse commercial and supply chain teams at various levels of the organization. There will be regular discussions with senior leadership within Supply Chain, Revenue, Marketing, and Product Management, along with frequent engagements with, but not limited to, GTS, Finance, People, and Quality teams.

Primary objectives:

  • Act as primary business partner to commercial teams; including Revenue, Marketing, and Product, in order to help drive profitable growth, excellent customer experience and execution of strategy through the extended Global Distribution team.
  • Represent Distribution in internal and external stakeholder meetings, including attendance at Quarterly Business Review’s with customers, regional sales meetings, and the Revenue Leadership Team.
  • Execute on Distribution strategy by driving channel focus on commercial and operational excellence initiatives.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to pursue profit improvement opportunities across Global Distribution.
  • Relaying “voice of the customer”, establish and coordinate regular reviews with customers on SLA performance, challenges, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements, and explore value-added opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Product leadership to develop and define measurable success metrics, track performance, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and drive initiatives to leverage the services we provide to our customers to achieve meaningful customer loyalty while accessing improved efficiency across the supply chain organization.
  • Lead and develop team with focus on cross-functional projects targeted at optimizing business operations and sales effectiveness.
  • Work with customers and internal marketing teams to create compelling case studies & informational material.
  • Be a key champion for change; balance the need to protect the core yet be prepared to disrupt pre-existing industry structure and market conditions where there is potential to unlock value.
  • Challenge and improve existing processes and quantify value opportunities through business excellence initiatives, data analysis and metrics creation.
  • Conduct all business activities in compliance with ethics, legal and regulatory requirements.

 Let's talk about qualifications and experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or a minimum of 5 years relevant management experience
  • Must have demonstrated strong leadership and organizational development skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work remote effectively, managing multiple priorities
  • Experience leading operational process improvements
  • Travel as required (up to 25% in normal conditions)

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • Practiced working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.
  • Experience in Medical Device or Healthcare Industry
