This role sits in the Data & Technology organization within Technology for Disney Experiences. It works closely with Finance and Architecture teams and international park and resort stakeholders from across the company.
The Senior Manager, Product Management will report to the Director, Data & Technology.
About The Role & Team:
This role leads Product Management for Data & Technology’s Foundational Data Solutions (FDS) portfolio, partnering with Finance, architecture, and international park and resort stakeholders to deliver trusted, real-time segment data products across Disney’s parks, resorts, and experiences worldwide
What You'll Do:
Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal accuracy, strategic alignment, and reliable forecasting across multiple product areas
Lead multiple Product Management teams and managers responsible for a portfolio of high‑visibility products and experiences
Define multi‑year product vision, market positioning, and strategic investment areas for portfolios
Align product direction with enterprise strategy, operational goals, and shareholder outcomes
Oversee complex platform architecture, ecosystem integrations, and cross‑company dependencies
Develop long‑term roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across products and teams
Establish rigorous research, KPI frameworks, and measurement standards for the product organization
Sponsor innovation initiatives and drive adoption of emerging technologies that unlock strategic advantage
Shape customer and business analytics maturity across the organization
Develop senior leaders and build a strong, inclusive product management culture
Represent the portfolios with executive leadership and external stakeholders
Influence organizational processes, product practices, and operational models at scale
Provide domain and technology leadership (e.g., web, mobile, cloud, AI, product ecosystems), applying deep expertise to guide organizational innovation and long‑range product investment decisions
Lead organizational estimation and planning efforts by shaping technical recommendations, establishing prioritization frameworks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
Continuously assess emerging technologies and market shifts to influence strategic direction and identify new opportunities for business and product expansion
Guide and elevate the creation and delivery of compelling presentations and narratives for senior executives, cross‑company partners, and external stakeholders; ensure managers and Product Management teams communicate with clarity, influence, and strategic insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience
5+ years management experience
Expertise with multiple development methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile variants
Expertise with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, AWS) and enterprise Finance/EPM data domains
Demonstrated success leading PM managers and shaping product capability across an organization
Expertise in defining multi‑year product vision, market positioning, and investment strategy
History of influencing senior executives and driving alignment across organizational boundaries
Deep experience guiding complex platform architecture, ecosystem strategy, and technical direction at scale
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Technologies like AWS
Understanding of data pipeline challenges and solutions
Understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
Previous experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or cloud/data platform certifications)
Experience supporting Finance/EPM data domains or international, multi-region data delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus
