How you will make an impact:

  • Define and deliver analytics for the business including visualizations, dashboards, reports and other analyses to provide deep insights into performance for better business planning and management decision making while ensuring data integrity on related tools
  • Lead a wide variety of business intelligence efforts to enable stakeholders to make data-driven business and mission critical decisions including leading the assessment of sales achievement and other key metrics by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of data sources (e.g., SFDC) to perform complex analyses
  • Analyze variables and develop models on different strategic deliverables including solution alternatives which may include annual management process cycle
  • Identify and lead the implementation of best practices and business trends as part of strategic decisions
  • Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's Degree 10 years experience of relevant experience Required
  • Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years experience of relevant experience Preferred
  • Proven successful project management skills with ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people
  • Proven expertise on MS Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access) and preferred expertise in related tools and applications (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce.com administration)

  • Must be willing to work in a highly collaborative approach, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments
  • Ability to work independently in global matrix organization, where teams are virtual and in different time zones
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to speak, read and write English and Mandarin with business proficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time within the JAPAC region especially in early phases of process design and implementation
  • High comfort level working in ambiguity, designing and implementing new process in a dynamic environment is critical.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
