The Senior Manager, Cross-sell/Upsell Marketing responsibilities include SMB Current Customer Cross-sell/Upsell. This role leads the strategic planning, campaign and targeted program development to drive base revenue through cross-sell and upsell campaigns. This position identifies opportunities for growth and builds effective marketing strategies, to profitably grow the base through the utilization of insights, advanced analytics and market share data.
What You'll Do

  • Leads the development and implementation of an annual customer cross-sell/upsell marketing strategy
  • Manages the development and delivery of an integrated base management strategy plan designed to meet growth and profitability objectives
  • Develops customer cross-sell/upsell marketing campaigns to deliver upon the annual strategy and in support of delivering the marketing-generated pipeline to support sales targets.
  • Translates customer insights into strategic platforms for one to many campaigns as well as targeted one to one programs
  • Oversees the identification of messaging strategies across both addressable and non-addressable media; partnering closely with the media team and campaign analytics.
  • In partnership with the digital channel, helps lead the current customer digital marketing strategy, including development and management of audience first digital/mobile campaigns.
  • Minimizes exposure and risk for programs and campaigns. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Effective cross-matrix relationships and partnerships required with sales, business operations, field marketing, pricing, marketing analytics, campaign management, product marketing, digital, media, creative and brand teams.

Who You Are
Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 year's experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
  • Requires strong knowledge of applications such Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent leadership, strategic, collaboration, analytic, oral communication, written communcation and project management skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization


Preferred

  • MS degree + 6 years of experience preferred in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.); OR Ph.D + 3 years of experience in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).
  • Experience in telecommunications desired.
  • Digital marketing and Cross-sell/Upsell Marketing marketing experience


USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
