*This role will report into our Atlanta, GA office.
The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing will help grow our relationship marketing programs, create relevant, multi-channel customer communications via email and SMS, and ultimately drive incremental growth to the business. This role will lead the strategy to advance consumer segmentation and develop targeted, data-driven consumer journeys across email, SMS & push notifications, resulting in innovative approaches to drive customer behavior and aid in revenue growth. This includes redefining current CRM segmentation strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance touchpoints, drive engagement via enhanced content creation, and improve conversion rates.
The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing will be responsible for orchestrating the right messages at the right time to the right audience, while partnering with creative, editorial, product and ops teams to bring programs to life.
The ideal candidate has an advanced understanding of CRM and SMS best practices, a passion for innovating new solutions, and a deep desire to understand how to deliver more value to consumers.
What You'll Do
- Assess overall CRM business strategies and balance across channels for holistic Consumer communication.
- Shape our CRM strategies, including customer engagement, journey building, segmentation & personalization, and effective campaign development and executions, to drive increased consumer engagement.
- Design and evaluate customer journeys, ensuring each touchpoint is properly identified, defined, and quantified in terms of its relative impact on consumer experience, engagement, and retention.
- Build trust and grow relationships with consumers through effective email and SMS campaigns.
- Identify Target Audience & Strategies to Grow Email and SMS base: Understand demographics and preferences, identify strategies to grow volume and value relative to whitespace while strategically expanding subscriber base.
- Lead audience segmentation, content creation & optimization.
- Own alignment across brand and UX for email journey designs
- Collaborate with consumer marketing team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with ops team on campaign execution and optimization.
- Use customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize communication.
- Analyze campaign metrics in partnership with execution team and provide insights and optimization strategies.
- Closely work with Brand creative team to deliver a brand design system across all CRM channels that ensures our brands stand out and garner higher engagement.
- Present plans to senior leadership across the enterprise.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of progressive experience in CRM marketing (email, SMS and push notifications) including cross-channel contact strategy, customer segmentation, direct marketing campaign development and execution. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
- Analytical mindset, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for giving consumers a seamless digital experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and deliver results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines, balancing short- & long-term strategic implications to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and is comfortable presenting to large groups.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to the situation, be flexible, resourceful, and agile in terms of work planning, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Travel: 15%

- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- CRM expertise across channels, platforms, and industries.
- Experience with strategizing and implementing email, SMS and push campaigns.
- Comfortable working with various data sets to derive insights to build a strategy that ultimately solves a business problem.
- Deep customer journey/lifecycle marketing expertise including segmentation, personalization and customer journey management at scale.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
