As a Senior Communications Manager at Ubisoft, you will shape strategic communications frameworks for global product campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and excitement among players. Working closely with studios, brand teams, corporate communications, and cross-functional partners, you’ll help define campaign narratives and communication strategies that support key business and player engagement goals.

You’ll also support regional and local communications teams by providing guidance, alignment, and collaboration opportunities that enable effective execution across markets while maintaining a cohesive global narrative.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and evolve communications strategies and campaign frameworks aligned with brand and business priorities
  • Guide the execution of global communications initiatives in collaboration with regional and local teams
  • Partner with studio, brand, and corporate communications teams to align campaign narratives and messaging
  • Manage budget planning and communications resource allocation across initiatives
  • Assess communications risks and recommend proactive solutions that support campaign success and brand reputation
  • Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and growth opportunities
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing within the communications team
  • Prepare spokespersons and support media training activities for key announcements and events
  • Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and suppliers to support campaign execution
  • Evaluate campaign performance and share insights, learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives

  • Experience managing and supporting communications teams within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the global media landscape, including gaming, entertainment, technology, and consumer media
  • Experience working in an international organization within a senior communications role
  • Strong storytelling and strategic planning skills
  • Understanding of budget management and communications resource planning
  • Ability to assess communications risks and recommend thoughtful mitigation strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
