This role will focus on concepting, cultivating and executing high-impact, culturally-relevant brand collaborations, strategic partnerships and GapStudio marketing and creative strategies, ensuring executional excellence across all Marketing channels and customer touchpoints, including paid media, social, retail, site, digital, loyalty, PR, and product experience, with a mission to ensure Gap remains the talk of the town. - Lead the strategic development and execution of Gap’s collaboration, strategic partnerships and GapStudio marketing campaigns; ensuring alignment with long-term brand vision and business goals.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for all collaborations and strategic partnerships, partnering extremely closely with Creative, cross-functional Channel teams, Licensing, Merchandising and Design.
- Translate brand narratives and collaboration objectives into compelling, insight-driven marketing briefs and omni-channel content strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end content development process for collaborations, ensuring creative excellence, message clarity, and consistency across all platforms.
- Champion a customer-first mindset by leveraging data, insights, and journey mapping to inform Go-To-Market planning and optimization of the co-brand experience.
- Drive the creation of comprehensive communication plans that reflect audience segmentation, media strategy, and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with channel leads to align on content needs, timing, and performance goals, ensuring that all tiered seasonal stories are executed with precision and relevance.
