We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious APAC Senior Channel Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Division in Singapore. This opportunity stands out because you will be driving the success of NVIDIA Consumer products through channel marketing programs in the APAC region (excluding China). You will lead efforts in improving brand visibility and category management in the Gaming PC, AI PC, and creator PC segments!
What you'll be doing:
Lead APAC (excluding China) channel strategy formulation, aligning category sales and growth targets with internal sales teams and channel partners.
Continuously evaluate and identify key retail platform partners in each country, prioritizing engagement levels.
Collaborate with HQ campaign teams and regional teams to ensure successful execution of global campaigns and new product launches in the channel.
Collaborate with Country Sales Leads and local OEM/AIC partners to plan and prioritize seasonal and monthly channel marketing campaigns with local retailers.
Manage the refreshment and deployment of marketing assets within the channel. Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop and maintain rich marketing content and useful selling information that drives sales conversions.
Provide analysis on product assortment, price points, and promotional efficiency to improve program outcomes.
Offer training to key regional retailers through guideline sharing and product training, enabling local country teams with “train the trainer” programs.
Ensure 100% brand compliance by providing branding guidelines to channel partners.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is desirable.
At least 12+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in a prominent e-commerce company focusing on merchandising and category management, or high-tech consumer electronics company managing regional level channel marketing as well as mininum three years of team management experience.
Having in-depth knowledge of the gaming and PC/IT industry.
In-depth awareness of the channel environment throughout the APAC region, including experience or familiarity engaging with prominent retailers in important APAC nations.
Demonstrated leadership skills to work with country teams to plan and complete online and offline channel marketing programs.
Proven project management skills, capable of working with multiple collaborators to achieve channel program targets.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends and data, and making informed projections/assertions.
Experience with Content Management Systems and Product Catalog Management.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and balance a portfolio of programs and activities.
Capability to work independently with a remote manager and partners.
