You will oversee cross-functional projects, analyze business opportunities, and drive implementation through clear governance, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

What you will do
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic programs aligned with business and regional objectives.
  • Deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accountability to stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance structures to track progress and ensure execution discipline.
  • Evaluate business opportunities through financial, operational, and technical analysis to support decision-making.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives that improve overall business competitiveness.
  • Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions, to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including progress updates, risk tracking, and escalation management.
  • Assess and implement external partnerships and technologies from evaluation through execution
What you will needRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development, or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience leading cost reduction or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience managing external partnerships or vendor engagements.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.

Travel Percentage: 40%
