Lead the design, development, and product ionization of AI/ML solutions at scale while managing high-performing engineering teams. This role combines technical depth, people leadership, and strategic ownership to drive AI-powered business outcomes.
Sr Manager AI/ML Engineering is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions, driving technical strategy, building high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring alignment between business outcomes and AI capabilities. The role includes ownership of architecture decisions, governance and compliance of AI solutions, stakeholder communication, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to operationalize AI at scale.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership
- Define and drive the AI/ML architecture, platform, and roadmap
- Oversee development of scalable ML systems, models, and pipelines
- Ensure performance, reliability, and production readiness of AI solutions
- Team & Delivery Management
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives-from ideation to deployment
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and development processes
- Strategy & Business Alignment
- Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and roadmaps
- Align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes
- Partner with product, data, and leadership teams to drive adoption
- MLOps & Platform Engineering
- Build and scale ML pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance
- Drive adoption of cloud-native and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Talent & Organization Development
- Hire, coach, and retain top AI/ML talent
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and engineering excellence
- Stakeholder Communication
- Present technical strategies, progress, and impact to senior leadership
- Bridge gap between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
