Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
- Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
- Implement small- and large-scale implementations of projects with E2E delivery
- Drive technical discussions and design solutions
- Perform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor team members whenever required, perform code review.
- Technically coach the team members and provide real time solutions to complex problems
- Adherence to code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery
- Collaborate and Communicate effectively with other engineers and onshore team
- Partner with business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end to end solution
- Develop high performance reusable code
- Practice agile solution delivery & influence teams towards engineering best practices such as DevOps / CICD / Everything as a code
- Follow engineering best practices and coding principles for successful delivery of program/project
- Partner closely with global teams to implement the design
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core application development
- Solid experience in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture principles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solution design
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
- Experience in working CI/CD/CT environment with unit test automation, pipeline based code deployments etc.
- Solid working experience in Azure Cloud environment
- Solid working experience on Messaging services preferably Kafka streaming
- Experience working on distributed and highly scalable environment
- Experience on Databases, SQL programming and SQL Query Skills
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Good understanding of Development processes and tools - Sonar, GitHub, TDD, Security vulnerabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working large platform operations
- Experience in Azure cost optimization
- Experience in implementation of AI solution
- Experience in building AI Model and agents
- Experience in any observability frameworks such as Datadog/Grafana/Kibana etc.
- Experience in container orchestration and proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes
