As a Senior Legal Operations Consultant, you'll support commercial and corporate legal matters across China and the APAC region while helping the LEGO Group® deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions. This role sits within the Tax & Legal Operations team, part of our global Business Services Operations function.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across sales, procurement, marketing and real estate activities.
- Partner with business teams to provide practical guidance and support balanced decision-making.
- Review consumer-facing campaigns, promotions and related materials to help manage legal risk.
- Support corporate administration activities while ensuring alignment with governance requirements and policies.
- Shape improved legal processes, templates, playbooks and technology solutions that help services scale effectively across the region.
This role is located in Singapore, and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Do you have what it takes?
- Law degree and admission to a relevant local Bar, such as the Singapore Bar
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple business areas.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering clear, practical legal guidance.
- Curious, collaborative and motivated to keep discovering better ways to deliver legal services.
What would be an advantage?
- Experience with contract management or contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Exposure to international, multi-jurisdictional environments and Mandarin language skills for communication with stakeholders
