Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
What you'll be doing
Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part producer, part educator, part launch engineer, and it's rare in a specific way: it's a role for someone with a creative streak inside a legal AI company. Maybe you've run a YouTube channel, cut your own reels, or built a following explaining something complicated to camera. Maybe you're the associate whose training decks got passed around the whole department. If you've ever felt that the making and teaching part of your work was the best part, this is the role where that instinct is the job.
Your mission is everything that teaches Legora, inside and out. You’ll sit within the legal engineering team, and own the production and currency of Legora Academy, our education platform used across the whole company: scripting, directing, coordinating recordings, and keeping a library of high-production videos current as the product evolves at AI speed. You'll build the enablement assets that make every product launch land, keep Legal Engineer onboarding sharp as the team scales, and help build the flagship demos our CEO and C-suite take on stage at the industry's biggest events. Around 30% of your time stays on live client work, weighted toward new-feature pilots and lighthouse deployments, because the best teaching material comes from real deployments, not theory. The role is UK-based, working from our London team at the centre of a global function, reporting directly to one of Legora's founding Legal Engineers.
Some of what you'll be up to:
Owning Legora Academy content production end to end: writing and revising scripts, directing and coordinating recording with practice-group Legal Engineers, and keeping the video library current so nothing teaches an old version of the product.
Bringing genuine production craft to educational content: pacing, structure, visual clarity, and the instinct for what makes someone actually finish a video and remember it.
Building the Legal Engineering enablement assets for every product launch: guides, FAQs, known limitations and demo suites, so no one is caught off guard by what ships.
Organising practice-area coverage: knowing which Legal Engineers are best placed to create practice-area-specific content and materials, and bringing them in at the right moment, within the standards and formats the function sets.
Orchestrating the Legal Engineering side of content creation with Product Marketing: connecting the right practice-area experts to the right projects and keeping the pipeline moving.
Maintaining and extending the materials behind Legal Engineer onboarding, keeping the curriculum current as the product and the function grow.
Building the flagship demos our CEO and C-suite deliver on the industry’s biggest stages: use case construction, fixtures, dry runs and fallbacks.
Producing training and how-to content for new skills, and supporting quality reviews of skills built across the team.
Spending roughly 30% of your time on live client work: new-feature pilots and lighthouse accounts that generate reusable content.
What you bring
You come from the world of law or legal engineering, and you make things people actually watch, read and use. You know the difference between content that exists and content that teaches, and you can produce the second kind quickly, at volume, without the quality slipping. You're also genuinely adept with AI: you use it daily, you understand how legal AI behaves in real work, and you can build and troubleshoot use cases yourself, because you can't teach a platform you can't drive.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Are an experienced legal engineer, or a qualified lawyer (2 to 4 PQE) with hands-on legal AI experience: able to script, build and troubleshoot use cases across a platform without supervision.
Have a creator’s track record in some form: a YouTube channel, reels, a newsletter, internal videos, a course, anything that shows you can make educational content people choose to consume.
Are a genuinely strong producer and editor: writing, document builds, screen recording and demo construction at a professional standard, fast.
Are adept with AI in your own workflow: prompting, evaluating outputs, and using AI to make content faster and better.
Are comfortable running a content pipeline that spans Legal Engineers, Product Marketing and Enablement without dropping threads.
Have an educator’s instinct: you notice where people get stuck and build the thing that unsticks them.
Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers: translating across disciplines is second nature to you.
Care deeply about quality, but don’t get stuck in perfectionism: you get things done, and you make them better over time.
Where this role can go
This role is built with headroom. As Legora Academy matures into a company-wide education platform, the role is designed to grow into a Head of Academy / Content position, owning education content across the function. Growth is subject to performance and company need, but the direction is deliberate: you would be joining as the founding producer of something the whole company already depends on, with the path to running it.
