Owns Legora’s go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for public sector and government legal buyers. The role builds outbound motions, develops positioning and campaigns, partners with Sales throughout the deal cycle, navigates procurement frameworks, analyzes pipeline and win-rate data, and codifies a scalable public sector GTM playbook. Success is measured directly through pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue across government accounts.

Own and build the company’s IT General Controls and technology risk audit program. Responsibilities include risk assessment, testing access, change management and system operations controls, reviewing SOC 1/SOC 2 reports, coordinating external and co-source auditors, assessing deficiencies, driving remediation, and implementing AI-driven automation to improve audit efficiency and coverage.

Own and build Legora’s business process SOX controls program, including risk assessments, controls testing plans, walkthroughs, deficiency evaluation, remediation, documentation, and stakeholder training. Coordinate with external audit and co-source partners, collaborate across Finance, IT, and business teams, and implement AI-driven automation to improve audit efficiency. The role requires managing or mentoring others and establishing controls processes in a rapidly scaling environment.

Provides regulatory and compliance counsel across product, commercial, operational, and InfoSec teams. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, assessing product designs and data flows, managing privacy programs and data protection impact assessments, advising on GDPR and CCPA, developing compliance frameworks, and creating legal playbooks and tooling. The role also supports B2B SaaS negotiations, AI governance, cross-border privacy compliance, and scalable risk-monitoring systems.

Leads employee relations and employment compliance across six EMEA markets. Owns complex investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance plans, terminations, statutory obligations, works council and union engagement, whistleblowing implementation, and jurisdictional risk. Builds the regional ER capability, establishes consistent processes and standards, advises People leadership, partners with Employment Counsel, and collaborates globally on case taxonomy, systems, and calibration.

The role partners with sales and GTM leaders, prepares proposals and demos, organizes stakeholder events, and feeds market insights into scalable commercial processes.

Drive public sector deal execution, pipeline generation, account research, stakeholder engagement, proposals, demos, procurement, tenders, security reviews, due diligence, and negotiations. Partner with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to progress complex opportunities, build trusted public sector relationships, identify AI use cases, and improve repeatable go-to-market processes.

Builds and manages a high-performing People Technology & Data team, oversees implementation partners and vendors, and partners with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to create scalable, secure, intuitive solutions for a rapidly growing international organization.

Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets. Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions; collaborate across sales and product; craft positioning for enterprise legal buyers; run experiments, diagnose funnel issues, and codify repeatable GTM playbooks driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Client-facing Legal Engineer responsible for helping law firms and in-house legal teams adopt Legora across the Middle East. Duties include designing legal workflows, running pilots, demos, onboarding, training, and rollouts; managing stakeholders and projects; identifying product gaps; creating reusable playbooks; and advising clients on practical generative AI adoption. The role requires legal experience, strong communication, product curiosity, English fluency, Arabic preference, Dubai-based office work, and regional travel.

Owns the post-sale customer success motion for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Designs and executes scaled onboarding, adoption, enablement, change-management, renewal, and expansion programs using automation, data, and digital channels. Monitors customer health, drives adoption and retention, coordinates cross-functional teams, translates feedback into product improvements, and manages commercial outcomes across the portfolio.

Own the post-sale engagement motion for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Design and execute scaled onboarding, adoption, enablement, training, renewal, and expansion programs using automation, customer data, and digital channels. Monitor portfolio health, forecast commercial outcomes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer feedback into product and marketing improvements.

Lead Legora’s security engineering function across product, platform, and cloud environments. Define security strategy and architecture, build secure engineering tools and automation, strengthen Kubernetes and cloud security, develop detection and incident response capabilities, threat-model AI systems, and hire and mentor senior security engineers. Partner with engineering leadership and enterprise customers to reduce systemic risk and demonstrate security practices.

Build and lead Legora’s Middle East Legal Engineering function from Dubai. The role owns team hiring, manager development, career progression, staffing, quality standards, operating systems, and regional delivery outcomes. It also involves leading selected enterprise legal technology engagements, partnering with commercial teams, advising senior legal stakeholders, shaping AI and workflow strategy, and translating regional client needs into product direction. The position requires substantial Gulf legal experience, executive communication, commercial judgment, and regular regional travel.

Lead regional marketing across France, Spain, and Italy, developing brand strategy, integrated campaigns, field marketing programs, events, customer advocacy, content amplification, and demand generation. Partner with sales and regional teams to drive brand awareness, acquisition, pipeline, upsells, and renewals.
