Senior Legal Assistant - Contract Law

Purpose

• Provide support, perform legal and business research, and assist attorneys in the Legal Department. Administer other Legal Department tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize documents.
• Provide general legal support as required.
• Conduct research on contract law, draft agreements, and review contracts for accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and flagging potential risks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Handle and organize confidential and/or sensitive company information.
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve legal contract law routine issues.
• Provide administrative support.

Requirements

Minimum

• Two-year degree and paralegal certificate
• 5 years’ experience: contract law support

Preferred

• Four-year degree:  Business, English, or Pre-Law
• 5-10 years’ experience

Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $64,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
