You will collaborate with a skilled professional services team to assist customers in migrating to and utilizing Google Cloud throughout their entire cloud adoption journey. This includes assessments, design, proof-of-concepts, documentation, planning, execution, and optimization. In this role, you will primarily focus on project delivery with direct customer engagement.
Overview: Join our skilled professional services team to assist customers in migrating to and effectively utilizing Azure throughout their entire cloud adoption lifecycle. This role will involve assessments, design, proof-of-concepts, documentation, planning, execution, and optimization, with a strong focus on direct customer engagement.
What You'll Do:

  • Migration Assessment and Planning:
    • Evaluate application portfolios and strategize migrations to Azure, delivering comprehensive written assessments that include:
      • Total Cost of Ownership models
      • Application migration strategies (6 R's)
      • High-level project plans and work breakdown structures
      • High-level infrastructure designs and diagrams
      • Azure Well-Architected Framework reviews
  • Implementation:
    • Play a hands-on role in implementation teams:
      • Define and maintain the overall technical vision for projects, addressing both customer and internal team needs.
      • Create and maintain detailed diagrams and configuration documentation.
      • Educate customers on Azure services and cloud best practices.
  • Collaboration and Improvement:
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the cloud Solutions Architecture practice:
      • Assist pre-sales teams with project scoping and estimations.
      • Contribute to the development of processes, templates, and project resources.


Who You Are:
You are passionate about technology and the diverse possibilities that public cloud platforms offer. You enjoy solving existing customer challenges while proactively identifying and addressing new issues. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
Minimum Experience:

  • BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience, MS degree with 6 years, Ph.D. with 3 years, or 12 years of relevant experience without a college degree.
  • 8+ years of diverse solutions architecture experience, with at least 3 years in public cloud.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with both lift-and-shift and greenfield migrations to Azure.
  • Intermediate experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
  • Intermediate to expert familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., AKS, Container Apps).
  • Familiarity with identity and access models in on-prem (Active Directory) and public cloud (Entra ID, SAML SSO).
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of IP networking, ExpressRoute, VPN technologies, etc.


Preferred Experience:

  • Additional Azure Certifications (AI-102, DP-100, DP-203, AZ-500, AZ-400).
  • Knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Understanding of common Infrastructure as Code and DevOps patterns (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, immutable deployments, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP.
  • Industry experience in sectors such as:
    • Healthcare/HealthTech
    • Financial Services/FinTech
    • SaaS
    • E-Commerce


USD 142,100.00 - 236,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $142,100.00 - $236,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
