Your Responsibilities:
Provide first‑level support for all SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting–related user questions and incidents.
Support month-end closing preparation by ensuring all prerequisites are in place; execute and monitor month-end closing activities; report results to local entities and the GPO organization.
Support the GPO organization in meeting Business Transformation (BT) program timelines and deliverables.
Ensure high-quality Management Accounting master data, e.g., cost center creation and governance via MDG, activity types, activity rates, internal orders and allocation cycles.
Document processes, test cases, defects, and work instructions to ensure global, consistent knowledge transfer.
Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvement initiatives in Management Accounting.
Support data migration activities for CO master data and transactional data during rollout waves.
Collaborate closely with IT and external partners (e.g., Accenture) to ensure correct system behavior and alignment with business requirements.
Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement within the controlling function.
Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating controlling needs into system requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Successfully completed a degree in business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study or comparable training with an interest in IT/digitalization. Ideally with a focus on project controlling
Several years of professional experience in SAP and the core processes of Management Accounting within a manufacturing environment
Experience in agile project management of SAP rollouts or in the implementation of global SAP templates
Ideally, experience in group reporting, IFRS, credit and debit processes as well as general ledger accounting
Knowledge of additional SAP modules is an advantage; initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory
Business fluent English skills, as well as flexibility and project awareness complete your profile
High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach

Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
