Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic global Key Accounts as a trusted business partner
- Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion opportunities
- Manage and retain the global Key Account portfolio while maximizing long-term customer value
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Lead strategic business reviews and ensure successful execution of customer initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, payment partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor customer performance, identify risks, and drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure proposals and contracts are prepared accurately and aligned with customer expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar Key Account / Strategic Global Key Account role
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong ambition to close large-scale, high-value global deals
- Extensive professional network with the ability to convert relationships into sustainable business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial technologies is a significant asset
- Solid understanding of technology concepts; ability to analyze customer needs and position the right products and solutions
- In-depth knowledge of assigned sectors and market dynamics at a global level
- Basic contractual and legal knowledge related to offers, agreements, and commercial terms
