Manage physical POS operations, including activation and go-live activities. Coordinate with customers, merchants, and internal teams; track and resolve operational issues; and identify process improvements. The role requires basic payment systems knowledge, Excel proficiency, strong follow-up and task management skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes while working collaboratively and maintaining attention to detail.

The Data Analyst partners with product, business, and operational teams to define metrics, conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses, and identify trends and opportunities. The role develops dashboards, reporting solutions, analytical models, and automated processes; translates ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations; monitors performance; and communicates insights through visualizations and presentations. Strong SQL, statistical, BI, and communication skills are required, while Python, fintech, experimentation, and generative AI experience are preferred.

Lead and grow partnerships with e-commerce platforms and strategic partners for iyzico's Virtual POS and B2B payments. Develop and execute channel strategies, manage partner lifecycle and commercial terms, analyze performance and identify growth opportunities, produce regular performance reports, and collaborate cross-functionally. Manage and develop the Channel Management team and design new channel models to support long-term growth.

Analyze data, build AI/ML products, detect anomalies, design experiments, collaborate with teams, and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Manage and grow B2B merchant relationships, drive projects and business development, identify customer needs and propose payment, operational or technical solutions, ensure high customer satisfaction, coordinate communication, prepare proposals/contracts, and perform regular field visits.
