Conduct phone-based inside sales to acquire new customers and meet sales targets for physical POS and payment solutions. Identify customer needs, manage proposals and contracts, coordinate POS delivery and onboarding, resolve operational issues, follow up after sales, maintain customer relationships, and report on sales and conversion performance.

Build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines, optimize SQL and data models, develop Airflow orchestration, and implement Kafka-based CDC flows. The role owns data quality, governance, observability, troubleshooting, and platform administration. It also contributes to governed LLM capabilities including retrieval-augmented pipelines, natural-language-to-SQL, and analytics automation.

Supports suspicious transaction analysis, KYC controls, regulatory monitoring, compliance policy implementation, audits, MASAK requests, training, management reporting, and global risk assessments. The role requires financial-services compliance expertise, AML/KYC and sanctions knowledge, MASAK licensing, strong analytical and documentation skills, and stakeholder communication in English.

Reviews and records invoices, expenses, journal entries, accounts receivable, supplier payments, merchant invoices, and sales invoices. Maintains fixed asset and depreciation records, manages insurance reimbursements, performs e-document controls, prepares tax declarations, and supports tax audits. The role also contributes to accounting process improvements and requires knowledge of Turkish Local GAAP, tax regulations, Logo Tiger, and SAP.

Design, deploy, and maintain Linux and cloud production/test environments; automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible; manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery; support CI/CD and containerized deployments; implement monitoring, centralized logging, security hardening, and incident response to ensure high availability.

Lead and grow partnerships with e-commerce platforms and strategic partners for iyzico's Virtual POS and B2B payments. Develop and execute channel strategies, manage partner lifecycle and commercial terms, analyze performance and identify growth opportunities, produce regular performance reports, and collaborate cross-functionally. Manage and develop the Channel Management team and design new channel models to support long-term growth.

Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for iyzico by performing market and payment trend analysis, building business cases, conducting feasibility and ROI/P&L analysis, developing business models, and leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution to drive revenue, scalability and profitability.

Analyze data, build AI/ML products, detect anomalies, design experiments, collaborate with teams, and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Develop scalable user-centric applications, make design decisions, guide teams, and foster knowledge sharing while proposing new technologies and solutions.

Manage and grow B2B merchant relationships, drive projects and business development, identify customer needs and propose payment, operational or technical solutions, ensure high customer satisfaction, coordinate communication, prepare proposals/contracts, and perform regular field visits.
