JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive consistent, competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth across the Foods portfolio. For our Customer Development team, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will lead key customer relationships and accelerate value creation in a dynamic retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and deliver the customer strategic business plan internally and externally

  • Independently manage the customer P&L in close collaboration with the Group Account Manager

  • Build strong, sustainable customer relationships

  • Develop and execute integrated promotional plans, including customer sell-in

  • Lead internal customer processes (forecasting etc.)

  • Lead local annual contracts and support international negotiations

  • Support strategic initiatives (3Y plan, JBP, strategic innovation positioning)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal business solutions

  • Track customer performance and drive best-practice sharing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three to five years of experience in Key Account Management or a related function such as Trade Marketing (FMCG experience is an advantage)

  • Strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong consumer and customer focus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Solid understanding of the market, retail landscape, and competitive environment
