A Day in the LifeWe are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Project Lead with Scrum Master expertise to drive agile adoption and lead delivery of complex, technically driven initiatives. The role requires guiding teams with low agile maturity, establishing structured ways of working, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong delivery leadership, agile coaching capability, and the ability to translate complex technical work into well-defined backlog and outcomes.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Lead Agile/Scrum adoption and coach teams to improve delivery maturity.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
- Translate technical requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
- Ensure transparency through regular status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and resolve impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and track agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
- Support alignment of technical solutions with business process requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Overall 7+ years of IT experience with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
- 6+ years or more experience as a Scrum Master in a coaching/facilitating role.
- Extensive experience within a complex IT organization in the last 2 years.
- Demonstrable experience with improving the effectiveness of teams.
- Knowledge of and experience of coaching teams.
- Official Scrum Master certificate, PSM-II or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps and team coaching.
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles.
- Proficiency in English is a requirement.
