Senior IT Program & Project Manager Analyst (C07)
The Senior IT Program & Project Manager Analyst is responsible for leading the delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects across Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology initiatives. This role applies disciplined PMO methods and project management best practices to drive successful execution from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, executive communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in complex technology environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects of varying size, complexity, and business criticality.
Lead projects across Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology-related initiatives.
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria.
Leverage PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices to build, maintain, and control detailed project plans, milestone schedules, deliverables, and task plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Proactively identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks, issues, mitigation plans, assumptions, interdependencies, and project impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and manage clear sponsor and stakeholder expectations, governance routines, decision-making forums, and engagement models throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and coordinate the work of technical and functional resources, including application teams, end user support teams, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity partners, architecture teams, vendors, service providers, and other cross-functional contributors as needed to meet project objectives.
Provide timely, accurate, and clear project reporting, including status updates, milestone tracking, budget updates, risk and issue reporting, and executive-level communications.
Drive accountability for action items, decisions, deliverables, and recovery plans to maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers quickly.
Ensure compliance with PMO processes, project governance requirements, and applicable technology and operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience crafting scope documentation, developing work breakdown structures (WBS), building meaningful detailed project schedules, and managing risks and issues.
7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects and programs, including one or more of the following domains: Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Global Real Estate (GRE) technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience in stakeholder management across business and technology organizations.
PMP and/or comparable certification(s) required or strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of PMO best practices and the ability to adopt and effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
Self-starter who can lead complex projects and drive them to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI reporting.
Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners and influence at all levels of the organization.
Sound business acumen, good judgment, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment on mission-critical initiatives.
Excellent technical aptitude and a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt in evolving technology environments.
Knowledge of enterprise technology delivery concepts and experience managing technology projects; familiarity with ITSM methodologies such as ITIL is preferred.
Experience working in an IT outsourcing environment and/or managing IT service providers is preferred.
Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies is a plus.
