About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead key sourcing and vendor management initiatives across our growing IT landscape. You’ll ensure we get the best value from our suppliers — not just in cost, but in performance, reliability, and innovation.
If you’re a seasoned negotiator who knows how to balance business, technology, and supplier relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive IT sourcing strategies and contract negotiations across hardware, software, cloud, and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance, and governance to ensure delivery excellence.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to align vendor spend with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and innovation.
- Support procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Track and report procurement metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
What You Brin
- 5+ years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
- Proven expertise in negotiating complex IT contracts.
- Strong understanding of IT categories and procurement processes.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP or eProcurement tools (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics).
- Relevant certifications (CIPS, CPSM, ITIL) a plus.
