Position Summary
The Senior IT Procurement Specialist supports the Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) organization by managing sourcing, contracting, supplier relationships, and procurement activities across technology spend categories. This role partners closely with DD&T stakeholders, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to deliver value, support business initiatives, and ensure effective procurement execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sourcing initiatives, competitive bid events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), and supplier evaluations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), software agreements, SaaS, cloud, and professional services contracts.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and support technology investments.
- Manage supplier relationships and support supplier performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and value creation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Support contract renewals, procurement governance, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze spend data and develop recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Drive procurement best practices and continuous process improvement initiative.

Qualifications

Base Salary Range:
zł117,600.00 - zł161,700.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
