Job DescriptionThe R2R Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational execution across the integrated R2R process, including Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger. Ensure timely flow of activities, alignment of dependencies, and effective resolution of process issues. Support process governance, standardization, and operational continuity across the assigned scope. Act as a coordination point for stakeholders and operational teams within the R2R function. Drive operational excellence with a strong digital and improvement mindset, helping the team adapt to change and strengthen process flow through better coordination, standardization, and smarter use of tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes.
- Monitor process dependencies and ensure timely handover between subledger and GL activities.
- Track deadlines, workflow status, and quality of delivery across the assigned scope.
- Support issue resolution and escalate risks impacting close or reporting performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and process continuity.
- Support documentation, control adherence, and process compliance.
- Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational improvements in R2R area.
- Support leadership with workload coordination, reporting, and process governance.
- Coordinate and participate in projects that improve the operations of accounting and controlling processes within the assigned scope.
- Provide support in resolving non-standard or complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a digital mindset and openness to change by using available systems and tools effectively, while building confidence in identifying simple process improvements within the R2R scope.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in GL
- Good understanding of accounting principles and transaction flow across subledger and GL.
- Good command of Business English.
- Good command of Polish.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational capability.
- Customer orientation and ability to work with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure execution of discipline.
- A digital mindset and openness to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work occasional afternoon hours (2 PM till 10 PM), up to 5 days per month, based on business needs.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
- Experience with BlackLine is a plus.
- Experience with macros, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, or RPA is a plus.
Base Salary Range:
zł138,300.00 - zł190,190.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
