As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assess issues and develop collaborative solutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives, develop metrics for monitoring project progress and for problem solving with key stakeholders, work effectively with suppliers and customers to meet program goals. You will be able to manage several projects in a dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures and export/import regulations, you will report directly to our ISC Project Mgmt Manager, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an onsite work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assure key supplier schedule alignments to meet program requirements.
  • Support part shortage reviews and drive actions with cross functional teams
  • Provide support with critical supplier management 
  • Provide support for Supplier selections, RFQ and RFI process, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes
  • Create, track, and perform necessary administrative actions to ensure timely and routine flow of parts to and from suppliers
  • Address ERP planning and inventory management system-related questions and concerns with affected suppliers
  • Drive timely resolution of material issues
  • Provide proposal support when needed
  • EVMS Certification
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Management/factory experience
  • Must be a US Citizen and no dual citizenship due to contractual requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in project management tools and software

WE VALUE

  • SAP or equivalent ERP experience strongly preferred 
  • Purchasing and/or inventory management experience strongly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and (CPIM) Certifications a plus
  • Ability to lead and drive change with cross-functional teams
  • Professional in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Independent work initiative, diplomacy, and professional demeanor
  • Lean expert or Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
